Refund Process for Box 73

Hi,

First of all, thank you for your patience. While it is unfortunate that the items ordered were not able to arrive on our PH Address due to negligence by the previous shipping company, we will ensure that you will be receiving an item or in monetary form from us.

To give more context, we used MSE Cargo as our forwarder. However, we haven't received any updates from them for the past few months as well as our contact from their company is unreachable despite multiple follow-ups. We are suspecting that they have already abandoned the shipment to the Bureau of Customs and have no plans to submit the necessary documents to release the containers with our box. Hence, we decided to proceed with the refund / change of item from our on-hand.
